Why I Ride - Chapter 01

We all ride for individual reasons, but the more you talk to folks about the reasons they ride, the more you understand how we are all connected. Join us as we explore why people ride ...

I ride because it gives me a sense of freedom that I experience in no other aspect of my life. I am totally still, my mind is quiet and all I focus on is the next corner, the next piece of single track, the next hill I’m trying to get to the top of.

I get to spend time with my mates. I get to be outside. Clears the mind and makes me happy. It's a de-stress and it keeps me healthy.

I can put one pedal in front of the other and I can decide the ks that I'm going to ride. Each day, each week, each month. And it feels great. I get a rush every time I make it to the top of the hill.

It doesn’t matter how old you are, how fast you are, or what bike you ride. At the end of the ride, everyone gets the same out of it. That’s what I love about riding.

All of your troubles are left behind out on the road somewhere. You just get where you want to be.
